Liz Bakshi Coaching, LLC Effective date: [July 9, 2026]
This Privacy Policy explains how Liz Bakshi Coaching, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit lizbakshicoaching.com (the "Site") or sign up for our emails, free resources, or coaching-related offers.
We keep this simple on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us at [email protected] and we will explain.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site — for example, to download a free resource or join our email list — we collect your name and email address. That's it. We do not ask for or collect payment information, phone numbers, or health information through this Site.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies that collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device type, pages visited, and general location (city/region level). See Section 4 for details on the Meta pixel.
We use your name and email address to:
Deliver the free resource or content you requested
Send you emails with tips, resources, and offers related to coaching for working moms
Respond when you contact us
Improve the Site and our content
We will only send you marketing emails if you opted in. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time with one click.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run this business:
HighLevel (LeadConnector) — the platform that hosts our Site, forms, and email list
Google Workspace — our business email provider
Meta Platforms, Inc. — through the Meta pixel, described below
These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
The Site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel, a small piece of code that helps us understand how visitors use the Site and show relevant ads to people who have visited it. The pixel may collect information about your device and browsing actions on this Site and share it with Meta. Meta may combine this with other information it holds about you under its own privacy policy.
You can control this in several ways:
Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram account settings
Opt out of interest-based advertising at aboutads.info/choices
Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the Site.
We keep your name and email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our list, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you immediately. You can also ask us to delete your information entirely (see Section 7).
We use reputable service providers with industry-standard security measures. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can, at any time:
Unsubscribe from our emails using the link at the bottom of any email
Ask what information we have about you
Ask us to correct or delete your information
To make a request, email Liz@LizBakshiCoaching. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws.
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
